About Nik Heisinger
Nik Heisinger was thrown into the real estate world at a very young age working for a property management company and has never looked back. Now that Nik is with JVM, he is an essential part of JVM’s Client Advisor team. As a Senior Client Advisor, Nik has educated, advised, and guided 3,000+ clients through JVM’s loan process. His prior finance and loan experience has made him an expert in all things mortgage, as he knows how to structure even the most notoriously tricky transactions. Nik acts as the primary liaison for new borrowers and buyers. He is the first person to reach out to new clients to answer and address all of their questions and concerns to ensure they are comfortable with the homebuying process overall. Nik takes special pride in his dedication to educating buyers and updating our Agent Partners to ensure a smooth closing process – even on the weekends.
Prior to JVM, Nik was a loan officer with one of the five largest mortgage companies in the U.S. Nik developed a deep understanding of the mortgage industry and how best to navigate borrowers and real estate agents through a transaction to ensure a fast, easy, and seamless experience. In college, Nik obtained a Bachelor’s in Finance for Real Estate while also working full time for a private money lender, which provided his first exposure to the mortgage industry.
Nik and his wife Desiree have started a family with their dog Jax and love getting out of town as often as possible to take advantage of all the great outdoor activities available in their area. You can find Nik camping by the ocean in his spare time, dirt biking in the desert, and wakeboarding on a lake in the summer. When the seasons change, he still finds ways to be outdoors and active. Nik is always eager to take advantage of fresh snow and enjoys snowboarding with anyone who loves the snow during the winter as much as he does. When Nik isn’t off adventuring, he’s working on renovating his new home (that he and his wife purchased with JVM Lending! 😊) and driving his motorcycle with his wife on the back to local breweries!
