With 6+ years in mortgage lending and more than 800 closed transactions, Victor brings hands-on expertise to a wide range of loan scenarios. He specializes in investment property, DSCR, and non-QM financing, and has deep experience structuring jumbo, FHA, VA, and down payment assistance loans for first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and seasoned investors alike.

Victor is especially skilled at helping clients navigate complex transactions, whether that means structuring a DSCR loan for a rental property, coordinating a buy-before-you-sell through JVM’s EasyPath program, or walking a first-time buyer through pre-approval to closing. He keeps his borrowers and their agents informed at every step so nothing falls through the cracks, and as part of JVM’s team-based model, clients always have support available to them seven days a week. Victor also leads training for all new Client Advisors, ensuring every team member delivers the same level of expertise and responsiveness.

Victor earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management (Magna Cum Laude) and a Master of Business Administration from Trine University, where he was captain of the men’s tennis team and earned All-Conference honors. Originally from the Detroit area, he still enjoys playing basketball and tennis and cheering on the Pistons.
