JVM Lending has by far the most sophisticated, complete, detailed and advanced training program in the industry.
We train all team members from top to bottom: mortgage industry, communication, email, project and time-management skills.
All team members are also expected to obtain both NMLS and DRE or TREC licenses. JVM is unique in that it covers the entire cost of the training classes and the licenses themselves.
The duties at JVM require an immense amount of diligence, organizational skill, comprehension, and follow-through.
These tests help us ensure applicants have the necessary standards of diligence and patience.
Of course we need talented people, but we also need very friendly people who are fun to be with.
Helping people borrow hundreds of thousands of dollars is not easy and not for everyone.
STEP 2 OF 6
During your 10-minute phone interview, we’ll ask a few personal questions & find out more about your past experience. Before your phone interview, you’ll complete a DISC personality test & send us your unofficial transcripts.
Step 3 of 6
We’ll schedule a time for you to fill out our online, written questionnaire to help us get to know you better & give us the opportunity to further assess your writing and time management – both important skills for every role at JVM.
Step 4 of 6
During your first face-to-face interview, you’ll meet with a few members of our team who will ask questions about your past experience & give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about working at JVM Lending.
Step 5 of 6
In your second interview, you’ll meet with senior members of our team. We’ll use this time to continue to learn more about you on a personal level & ask additional questions relating to your past experience. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about your potential new role, JVM’s culture, & more.
