Healthcare
Keeping our team happy and healthy is important. Our generous healthcare plans include a variety of options for medical, dental, and vision coverage.

We understand how important food is for both morale and productivity. We maintain a fully-stocked kitchen of healthy snacks, kombucha and cold brew on tap, and make Taco Tuesdays a reality.

TRAINING & LICENSING
It’s OK if you know nothing about the mortgage and real estate industries.
We prefer it in fact.
JVM Lending has by far the most sophisticated, complete, detailed and advanced training program in the industry.
We train all team members from top to bottom: mortgage industry, communication, email, project and time-management skills.
All team members are also expected to obtain both NMLS and DRE or TREC licenses. JVM is unique in that it covers the entire cost of the training classes and the licenses themselves.

Academic Skill
The duties at JVM require an immense amount of diligence, organizational skill, comprehension, and follow-through.
Personality or “DISC” Profiles
These tests help us ensure applicants have the necessary standards of diligence and patience.
Congeniality
Of course we need talented people, but we also need very friendly people who are fun to be with.
Ability To Work Under Pressure
Helping people borrow hundreds of thousands of dollars is not easy and not for everyone.
