As a Business Development Officer, Kelsey Morrow brings extensive experience in nurturing client relationships and helping her clients grow their business opportunities throughout much of east and central Texas. As a lifelong Texas native who has lived throughout the state, Kelsey knows, loves and appreciates everything that makes Texas the unique and wonderful place so many of us call home. Prior to joining JVM, Kelsey was the branch director for a leading IT recruitment and staffing company where she hired, trained, and managed her own team of talented account managers and technical recruiters in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Currently, Kelsey enjoys her status as one of JVM’s top-producing business development officers and oversees all of JVM’s Texas partnerships. Kelsey maintains close relationships with hundreds of top-producing real estate agents – who are not only valued clients but close friends too! NMLS licensed and extensively trained, Kelsey is one of those unique individuals who has expertise in both the lending and the real estate side of the business.

As mentioned above, Kelsey is a Texas native who grew up in the small town of Waxahachie, before transitioning to the city life of Dallas and then later to southeast Texas. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys all things outdoors! You can often find her bringing her “A-game” to sand volleyball tournaments, playing pickleball, and playing with her dachshund, Copper. And – as a devoted Texas A&M alum, you can always find Kelsey rooting for her beloved Aggies even when it’s painful!
