About Erin

As one of JVM’s longest-tenured team members, Erin has spent more than a decade building institutional knowledge that spans every functional area of the company, from administration and training to marketing, pre-approvals, and closing. That breadth of experience, combined with 750+ closed transactions, makes her one of the most operationally fluent people in the organization.

Erin wears two hats. As a Senior Manager, she sits on JVM’s primary management committee and contributes to decisions around strategy, systems, recruiting, hiring, training, and technology. As the head of the Closing Specialist Team, she manages the end-to-end process from underwriting submission through funding and serves as JVM’s primary liaison with our internal mortgage banking group. Her team is responsible for clearing conditions, coordinating with title and escrow, managing closing timelines, and ensuring every client reaches the closing table on schedule. Erin has personally reviewed and overseen thousands of pre-approvals over the years, giving her more perspective on edge cases and complex scenarios than almost anyone in the industry.

Erin grew up in Clayton, California, and attended the University of California, Davis, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Sociology with an emphasis in Organizational Studies. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their red lab, Kya – taking frequent trips to Tahoe for snowboarding, paddle-boarding, and mountain biking.
