Grant Frye is one of JVM Lending’s talented Senior Mortgage Analysts. As a Senior Mortgage Analyst, Grant understands every aspect of the mortgage pre-approval process and expertly advises and guides clients through the homebuying and refinancing process. Grant reviews complex loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure clients are 100% qualified and comfortable with their desired price range. He provides clients with detailed closing cost scenarios and ultimately matches and pre-approves clients with their ideal mortgage product.
Prior to JVM, Grant earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics and Banking Finance from the University of Arkansas. Grant cultivated invaluable lending experience at one of Texas’s most prominent financial institutions, where he managed complex borrower files and implemented new lending technology systems. Grant developed a passion for finding credit solutions for clients while also maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Grant was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and has always enjoyed being outdoors. In his free time, Grant loves to hit the links and work on his golf game as often as possible.
