Wesley Denison is one of JVM Lending’s talented Senior Mortgage Analysts. As a Senior Mortgage Analyst, Wesley understands every aspect of the mortgage pre-approval process and expertly advises and guides clients through the homebuying and refinancing process. Wesley reviews complex loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure clients are 100% qualified and comfortable with their desired price range by providing detailed closing cost scenarios and ultimately matches and pre-approves borrowers with their ideal mortgage product. Wesley enjoys working directly with buyers to help qualify them for their dream property. As a Senior Mortgage Analyst, Wesley has taken on even greater responsibilities within the company. Wesley leads our Tech Committee, where he sources, researches, and demo’s the latest financial technology systems. Wesley’s research is invaluable as his tech findings are instrumental in providing a seamless homebuying experience for JVM’s clients.
Wesley graduated with honors from Santa Clara University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Information Systems Management. During his time at SCU, Wesley was very involved in the university’s student life and served as his fraternity’s Finance Director and Executive Board Member, where he tracked and approved all fraternity expenditures, budgeted, coordinated chapter activities, and filed taxes and collected fees on behalf of the organization. Outside of his demanding course schedule and fraternity responsibilities, Wesley was also the Principal Violinist and Soloist in the University’s Orchestra and a Writing Partner at the University’s Writing Center, where he helped students hone their writing and public speaking skills.
Wesley grew up in Walnut Creek, California, where he first fell in love with being outdoors and hiking. Wesley keeps exceptionally busy in his free time by playing the violin, tinkering with electronics, and longboarding as many neighborhood hills as he can find.
