Wesley plays a rare dual role at JVM, combining hands-on client work as a Senior Client Advisor with strategic technology leadership as the company’s Technology Manager. With 6+ years and more than 700 closed transactions across Client Advisor and Mortgage Analyst positions, he brings a unique mix of frontline lending experience and systems thinking to every interaction.

On the client side, Wesley specializes in helping both move-up buyers who need to buy before they sell and first-time buyers who need to understand their options when getting started. Wesley is one of JVM’s go-to advisors for clients looking to buy before they sell, regularly structuring transactions through JVM’s EasyPath program or through one of our many bridge loan financing solutions. He is also exceptionally skilled at explaining the benefits and tradeoffs between down payment assistance programs and other options for first-time buyers.His deep attention to detail ensures clients intimately know their next step.

On the technology side, Wesley leads JVM’s Tech Committee, where he sources, researches, and demos the latest fintech systems and applications. His firsthand experience in the trenches means his technology recommendations are grounded in real-world lending workflows, and his contributions have been instrumental in building one of the most powerful tech stacks in the industry, making operations more efficient and client experiences smoother.

Wesley graduated with honors from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Information Systems Management. At SCU, he served as his fraternity’s Finance Director, was the Principal Violinist and Soloist in the University Orchestra, and worked as a Writing Partner at the University Writing Center.
