Her strongest areas of expertise are first-time buyer programs, jumbo financing, FHA financing, and down payment assistance options that many people don’t realize are available to them.

As a Client Advisor, Hannah serves as the primary liaison for clients from the initial consultation through closing day. Where she particularly excels is in clear and consistent communication that breaks down the loan process so it feels manageable rather than overwhelming, whether a client is purchasing their first condo or refinancing their fifth rental property. She reviews each client’s financial situation, identifies the right loan product, and coordinates with JVM’s specialized team of processors, underwriters, and closing specialists. That coordination means clients get expert attention at each phase of the loan while always having one advisor who knows their full story. Hannah keeps her clients closely updated at every step, and she takes particular pride in ensuring smooth closings, even on the most complex files.

Hannah graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she managed the University’s Annual Fundraising Center and raised thousands of dollars each year for campus activities. Outside of work, Hannah is an avid runner who enjoys exploring local trails with her dogs Rusty and Lola, cheering on the Warriors and Sharks, and traveling with friends and family.
