Heidi Ameli plays a vital role on the JVM team as both a Senior Manager and Senior Client Advisor.  As a Senior Manager, Heidi sits on JVM’s primary management committee and plays a major role with overall strategy, marketing, systems, recruiting, hiring, training, tech vetting, managing, and everything else that goes into running a company.  As a Senior Client Advisor, she acts as the primary liaison for new borrowers and buyers. Her expertise in all things mortgage has garnered her 100+ five-star reviews from clients and JVM Agent Partners. Heidi is the first person to reach out to new clients to answer and address all of their questions and concerns, and she remains available throughout every transaction to ensure clients are never in the dark or confused about any of the steps along the way. Heidi has walked thousands of clients through the mortgage process and has become a true expert in her field, having encountered almost every possible type of homebuying scenario. She takes special pride in her ability to educate all buyers and turn a notoriously complex process into an easily achievable reality.

Heidi cultivated a diverse background prior to joining the JVM team, working as a purchasing manager for an industrial contractor and as a client services manager in the social services field. Heidi attended Westmont College, where she excelled academically and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish. During her college years, Heidi studied extensively overseas in Mexico, Thailand, Cambodia, and Honduras. Heidi grew up in Italy until age 13 and then returned to the states to live in Kentucky until she moved to California for college. Due to her extensive time abroad, Heidi is fluent in both Spanish and Italian.

She currently lives with her husband, three daughters, Nora, Myla, and Ruth, and their Red Labrador, Penny. In her free time (when she has it!), Heidi enjoys photography, traveling, hiking, and trying out amazing new restaurants!
