Heidi has one of the longest track records on JVM’s team, with 11+ years in the industry and more than 1,800 closed transactions. Her particular strength lies in jumbo financing, self-employed client scenarios, and investor lending, though she handles the full spectrum of loan products with equal precision. Her breadth of experience means she has encountered nearly every homebuying and refinancing scenario possible, and she draws on that deep knowledge base to anticipate issues before they arise.

Heidi holds a unique dual role at JVM. As a Senior Manager, she sits on the primary management committee and is directly involved in shaping strategy, marketing, systems, recruiting, training, and technology decisions across the company. As a Senior Client Advisor, she serves as the primary point of contact for clients from initial consultation through closing. She reviews each client’s full financial picture, identifies the optimal loan structure, and coordinates with JVM’s Super Team of specialists, who handle processing, underwriting, appraisal coordination, and closing behind the scenes. This structure ensures clients receive expert attention at every phase of the loan without losing the continuity of a single advisor who knows their file inside and out.

Heidi attended Westmont College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish. She studied abroad in Mexico, Thailand, Cambodia, and Honduras, and is fluent in Spanish and Italian. She grew up in Italy until age 13, then lived in Kentucky before moving to California for college. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters, photography, traveling, hiking, and discovering great restaurants.
