Danny completely revolutionized JVM’s sales model by implementing effective coaching strategies and identifying scaleable growth projects and programs as one of JVM’s top-performing Business Development Officers, making his transition to the Sales Manager a seamless fit. As JVM’s Sales Manager, Danny hires, leads, and develops JVM’s high-performing sales team. Danny is also instrumental in creating content for ongoing training and development internally and cultivating valuable resources for JVM’s valued Agent Partners.
Danny is an East Bay native with deep roots in the local community. He began his career as a 3rd-generation owner of a local towing business, where he revamped the company’s brand and expanded their services to new Bay Area counties. Danny also started managing his parents’ portfolio of local investment properties right out of high school, igniting his fascination with real estate. As an outdoor enthusiast with a life-long passion for football, you will often find him spending time at one of his favorite Martinez breweries and cheering on the Niners when he’s not out hiking or golfing.
