Elisa Torossian is a member of JVM’s renowned Mortgage Analyst Team. As a graduate of JVM’s extraordinarily rigorous training program, Elisa understands every aspect of mortgage financing and employs that knowledge to educate, advise, and pre-approve clients. Elisa graduated from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Real Estate Finance and a minor in Sociology. On top of her rigorous course load, Elisa also found time to maintain two part-time jobs throughout college. To offset the demands of her full course load and work schedule, Elisa enjoyed numerous extracurricular activities. She led the Nominating Committee and Member Development Programming for her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. She was also actively involved in SMU’s Real Estate Club events and even competed in national real estate case competitions.
Elisa grew up in Orange County, California, where she played on the Varsity Tennis Team for her high school, winning the League Championship four years in a row. She also spent many hours hiking in Laguna Beach with her dog, Paris. In her free time, Elisa loves to go on long walks, cook new recipes for friends and family, and explore new restaurants downtown.
