FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE AN ABSOLUTELY NECESSITY IN 2018

Numerous five-star reviews are an absolute necessity in 2018. You need them on multiple platforms as well.

We sponsored a huge Realtor Mastermind Event on Monday where a gentleman named Cody Gibson (a huge KW producer and coach) spoke.

One of the big takeaways was his tip for garnering the maximum number of reviews.

GETTING REVIEWS AT CLOSING

He or one of his team members attends every closing with a laptop or iPad in hand. They have the survey and the review site (Zillow in his case) queued up on the iPad.

If the response to the survey is positive, they flip the iPad around and ask for a five-star review. If the response to the survey is not positive, they just casually push the iPad aside.

ZILLOW REVIEW TIP FOR TEAMS

Cody also mentioned that a single Zillow review can be posted twice, for both a team and an individual.

Hence, if a single team member goes off on her own, she can retain the Zillow reviews that mention her, and the team can retain the reviews as well.

REACH 150 and SOCIAL SURVEY

We touted Reach 150 in a previous blog as a great way to tap into your database for additional reviews, and we still highly recommend it. That blog can be found here.

Social Survey is another excellent application that automatically sends short surveys to every client after a transaction. And, if the survey is positive, a five-star review is requested, giving the client his choice of platforms (Yelp, Google, Zillow, etc.)

GOOGLE REVIEWS TRAVEL

Lastly, we are aggressively beefing up our Google Reviews (on top of our hundreds of Yelp and Zillow reviews) simply b/c Google Reviews travel, while Yelp reviews are local to specific areas only.

We are using text requests en masse to get this done, as are many other lenders and Realtors.
