Q7 Please let us know what impressed you in particular about JVM, if anything?
Before choosing JVM, I was speaking with another lender. This lender was a man. His estimates were not detailed and he spoke down to me because I was a woman. If my husband said “no,” he would take that as a final answer. If I said “no,” he would call and mansplain to me and let me know I didn’t fully understand what he was saying. This is when I decided to reach out to JVM. Diandra, Jenna, and Meg gave me all the information I needed, let me ask “dumb” questions without making me feel lesser, and were extremely thorough and accommodating. The level of service at JVM was unparalleled.

Holy cow! They were so fast and efficient! I have purchased 8 properties in my life. Each time it was such a struggle to get the loan thru. There was always “just one more (stupid) document” I had to submit. But with these guys – it was so quick and I dare say, enjoyable! I think we were approved in maybe 7 days completely hassle free. I was shocked at how smooth everything went. I am still not sure these guys are for real…Don’t they know that they’re supposed to torture the home buyer? LOL!
