Having the team at JVM on your side when you’re going through the mortgage process is a huge advantage in the game. We were able to secure a house in the competitive Bay Area housing market due to their ability to both promise and deliver on a 10-day close. Jay was helpful from the beginning and asked all the right questions on the first call; he was available at any time via cell phone to us and our realtor for last-minute questions. Erin patiently answered numerous questions and provided many different loan scenarios to us. Alex was also prompt with documents and made sure that we understood everything that we were signing. The staff were friendly and made the whirlwind process as easy as it could be for something that typically proceeds much more slowly.
We just received a gift from them yesterday–a lovely welcome mat for our new home. This speaks volumes about their thoughtful and conscientious customer service. We will definitely use them again should we need additional mortgage services.
