24/7 Availability; Sunday Night Emergency Pre-Approvals
One of our favorite Realtors texted me last night and asked if I could do a fast, Sunday Night pre-approval so they could make an offer this morning.
The borrowers were a Google employee and a Smith College Neuroscience professor. They told me that they had high incomes, no debt and perfect credit. I have been in the business long enough to know everything they told me was 100% factual.
Based on the phone conversation, I immediately emailed a very strong pre-approval letter to the borrowers and the Realtor (along with our extensive education materials). The whole process took less than 30 minutes.
My point is twofold: (1) I am available via my cell 24/7 at (925) 360-3305; and (2) Emergency phone-application pre-approvals are something we do often. In fact, we did another last Friday.
