When it comes to condo financing, Raymond Pambuan brings a depth of expertise and precision that makes him an indispensable member of JVM’s Operations team. As a Condo Specialist, Raymond expertly navigates the complex world of condominium underwriting, helping ensure that clients’ homebuying journeys move forward smoothly and without surprises.

Raymond sharpened his professional skills in customer service and technical support with several global firms before transitioning to the mortgage industry at Chase. Starting as a Condo Processor, he quickly rose to Underwriter, an achievement that speaks to both his strong analytical skills and his commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, brewing specialty coffee, playing badminton, and spending time with his family. One of his proudest personal achievements was winning first place in his badminton club’s annual tournament alongside his wife.
