We had borrowers leave their loan officer and come to us (they found us on YELP) a few months ago because their loan officer was too busy to provide them with payment and closing cost scenarios.
As they shopped for properties, their needs, qualifications and price ranges were changing, and as a result, they needed to see what their payments and closing costs would look like for different price points and different financing structures.
We have sophisticated software that allows us to easily provide as many scenarios as borrowers might want. We are happy to do so b/c we realize it is a necessary part of our obligation to educate and assist borrowers in their home-buying process.
