About Tiffany

As JVM’s Administrative Director, Tiffany Nordgren is the literal backbone of JVM Lending. With over a decade of experience at JVM, Tiffany sits on JVM’s primary management committee and plays a significant role with overall strategy, systems, recruiting, hiring, training, tech vetting, managing, and everything else that goes into running a company. More specifically, Tiffany manages JVM’s entire human resources and administrative departments and is the primary liaison with our bookkeeping and accounting groups. In addition to her management duties, Tiffany has been instrumental in developing JVM’s extensive hiring process and its appraisal management position. Tiffany’s unique ability to create efficiencies for JVM, whether with software or improved systems, is invaluable.

Prior to JVM, Tiffany worked for Safeway, Inc., where she honed both her management and organizational skills. Tiffany graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. She excelled academically while balancing a rigorous course load, an active role in U.C. Berkeley’s college community, and a demanding work schedule.

Tiffany loves to fill her free time with adventure and good company. She enjoys traveling abroad with her husband, and at the top of her vacation bucket list is the Maldives. When she’s not jetting off, she’s spending time with her husband and their two kids. Tiffany can often be found cheering on the San Francisco Giants with her family, baking for her kids, and crushing the competition in JVM Pumpkin Carving contests (she has been the winner for the past three years!). She’s also been known to win a few of JVM’s baking contests as well because Tiffany really is the “Mom who can do it all.”
