Leslie Anderson is one of JVM Lending’s accomplished Senior Contract Desk Managers, as she has worked with hundreds of clients to lock in competitively low interest rates and resolve any potential contract issues upfront. As a Senior Contract Desk Manager, Leslie works side-by-side with both the Pre-Approval and Closing Specialist teams at JVM, ensuring every client’s needs are met when they enter into contract on their new home. She holds the company’s record for most contracts received in a month, and has helped 1,000+ JVM clients lock in over $460 million in total loan volume during her tenure. In addition to her contract desk duties, Leslie is also a member of JVM’s Tech Team where she helps identify, demo, and implement cutting-edge fintech to continually improve JVM’s fast, easy, and seamless loan process. As if all of that wasn’t enough, Leslie spearheads JVM’s Virtual Assistant Training Program to improve company efficiency and streamline the mortgage process for our team members, agents, and clients.
Prior to her JVM tenure, Leslie graduated with dual degrees in Environmental Economics and Environmental Science, Policy and Management from UC Berkeley. Leslie further expanded her studies abroad in beautiful Padova, Italy, where she found her passion for traveling, cheese, and gelato. After graduating, Leslie moved to North Lake Tahoe (her favorite place in the world), excelling in Tahoe’s unparalleled tourism industry. She managed over 40+ resort properties around the lake while also working for a local insurance company where she directly managed hundreds of policies and claims.
Born and raised in Los Gatos, California, Leslie has always loved the outdoors. While living in Tahoe, Leslie became an avid fan of paddle-boarding, beach volleyball, snowboarding, and hiking with her double-doodle dog, Dutch. When she’s not outside seeking out the most scenic view, she’s building LEGO sets at home or trying to beat her high score in the latest video game. Leslie is a huge sports fan and loves rooting for her local teams and cheering on her intramural teammates at weekend games.
