Connie came to JVM with a foundation that few mortgage professionals have: hands-on experience in title and escrow. That background gives her an unusual ability to see the closing process from both sides of the table, anticipate potential title issues early, and navigate the coordination between lender, escrow, and client with confidence.

As a Senior Closing Specialist, Connie is a fully licensed Mortgage Analyst who takes over each transaction once it is ready for underwriting submission. She manages the file through condition clearance, coordinates with title and escrow partners, tracks closing timelines, and ensures every detail is in order before the client signs. She is known internally for exceptional speed and diligence, and she has played a significant role in helping JVM scale its volume while maintaining quality. Her statistical training from UC Berkeley gives her a sharp eye for the numbers, and her escrow background means she speaks the language of title companies as fluently as she speaks mortgage guidelines.

Connie grew up in China and later moved to California, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to JVM, she worked for a major nationwide title and escrow company as an Escrow Assistant, where she set up complex files, managed client funds, and educated clients about the buying and selling process. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, exploring local restaurants, and spending time with her husband, Michael, and their two young children.
