Being friendly, helpful, and accommodating to the appraiser makes a HUGE difference.
When I see a homeowner or a Realtor has PREPARED for my arrival (cleaned house, mowed lawn, no dog droppings in yard, no Christmas lights in July, etc.), it makes a difference. I also do not mind receiving comparable sales data to ensure I do not miss important information.”
