Prompt Responses To All Emails And Phone Calls – Key to Success?

Last week, Heejin and I ran into a past client who is a CFO for a large equity fund. He is an extremely successful and sophisticated man and the first thing he raved about was how timely and professional our response times were.

This delighted us b/c “timely responses” are a significant part of our training and culture. Nothing is more frustrating than sending out an email or making a phone call and then not hearing back for 24 hours, or not at all.

We are not perfect, but we try to respond within 60 minutes every time. This is one of the things that borrowers, referral sources and vendors love about JVM. There is no doubt that our timely responses are a major factor behind our success at JVM.
