The above quote is one of many similar comments we get from our past clients in regard to Homebot.

I blogged about Homebot in June but am doing so again b/c it is so effective and b/c it keeps improving.

It is of course essential for all of us (agents and lenders alike) to stay in touch with all of our past clients.

And, as I mentioned in June, past clients often don’t want branded chip-clips or candles; they want information they can actually use.

Homebot sends our clients an update every month with all kinds of information, including:

  • Their current home value
  • Equity in their home
  • Amortization schedules
  • Current interest rates
  • Refinancing opportunities
  • Options for using equity to invest in another home

The Homebot emails are co-branded with our info and all related inquiries come back to us.

If the inquiries are real estate related, we always involve the agent who referred the client to us in the first place.

We can also further co-brand Homebot with our agent partners as well.
