After two years at JVM Lending, Sean Yates has decided to pursue his passion for the law at UC Davis this Fall.
In his time here, Sean has made significant contributions to the growth of our company, and the culture that makes coming to work so enjoyable. Although we are sad to see him go, we could not be more excited for him as he begins his legal career. (We also fully expect him to be back in 3 years to head our legal department.)
We have been planning for this move for some time, and have already hired and trained new staff members to pick up where Sean leaves off. Heidi Ameli will take over as the initial point of contact for all new referrals when Heejin and I are unavailable to take them. Heidi, like Sean, is exceptionally talented and has been trained in every aspect of our business.
Sean’s last day will be next Friday (8/14), and we wish him nothing but the best in his future endeavors.
