As JVM’s Senior Business Development Officer, Nikko Saenz oversees and manages all of JVM’s many business development projects. Nikko was originally trained as a Mortgage Analyst to ensure he could fully understand loan guidelines and the role of a lender overall, and also answer any and all financing questions that Realtors throw at him.
Nikko is now responsible for establishing new Realtor relationships and maintaining existing Realtor relationships, in addition to planning and coordinating major events such as our JVM Happy Hours, our Mortgage 101 Seminars, and our Homebuyer Seminars. Nikko also sits on JVM’s Marketing Committee and zealously tracks and reports all of our client, performance and sales data.
Prior to JVM, Nikko was employed by Target Corporation as a team leader in their Management Training Program. Nikko attended St. Mary’s College where he earned both academic and athletic scholarships, playing multiple positions for the school’s Division I baseball team. Nikko graduated with a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Finance.
In his free time, Nikko enjoys exercising, boating, spending time with his family, reading numerous business and sales books (Seth Godin is a favorite author), and exploring the diverse range of food and drinks the Bay Area has to offer.
