Lead Follow Up Via Database Management

This is a reminder that we log EVERY referral into our database tied to the source of the referral. We then update the referral continuously via both phone calls and emails.

We categorize all Referrals as “Stage One” referrals in our database until they send us their documents for review. We categorize them as “Prequals” and “Pre-Approvals” after they send us their documents.

We let no referral slip the through the cracks.

We, of course, recommend that everyone employ database-management as effectively as we do. We are so adamant about the importance of this in fact that we are rolling out our own solution (a very powerful, “high touch” CRM) for Realtors in May. Call us for details.
