When we call listing agents, we tout the fact that we completely pre-underwrite every borrower and have a complete file in-hand (so there will be no surprises).
We also tout the fact that our Appraisal Management Company is stocked entirely with hand-picked and extremely skilled appraisers who know every neighborhood they appraise in.
And, we tout the fact that we can close faster than any other lender, making our buyer’s offer “as good as cash.”
Finally, we also tout our experience in the area and our many connections to other Realtors (many listing agents know us already in any case). And this added connection or connectivity often helps seal the deal. People like working with people they know they can trust.
