We think our borrower education process is the best in the industry b/c it includes our “Homebuyer’s Memo” and our “Purchase Overview.” These are documents we wrote entirely by ourselves with only the most important info. They are devoid of nonsense graphics, boilerplate and other info that so many other lenders provide.
A perfectly choreographed education process is absolutely essential in 2015 simply b/c there is so much to know.
