Heejin and I will host it and we will have two highly successful Realtors on the panel. All of us are in the trenches now, so we know what works, and we practice what we preach (unlike so many other speakers).
The panelists are Renee White – who leads the #1 KW team in the area – and Peter Ashbaugh, a former marketing consultant who took all of his skills to real estate with amazing success.
We will discuss, among other things, how fast marketing changes, and how what worked yesterday does not work today. Examples include Zillow leads, listing alerts and Google AdWords.
Renee built an enormous business with a Google AdWords system that worked brilliantly, until it died completely a few years ago. She now focuses on Yelp, effective farming and database mining.
Peter is all about personal branding, messaging alignment, social proof and focusing (on your market and clientele).
JVM has a social proof machine to ensure we get as many positive reviews and recommendations as humanly possible. We will share our secrets and discuss how we set up our machine.
We will also discuss effective farming ideas that go far beyond just postcards, an excellent plug and play referral generating system, plug and play digital marketing, and, of course, Purple Cows.
