Remember once again – there are several things that can push rates up: (1) strong economic reports, e.g. improved employment picture; (2) signs of inflation; (3) comments by Fed officials indicating they might push rates up; and (4) profit taking by jittery bond traders.

Another reminder:

JVM is hosting our official Grand Opening/Office Warming Party tonight, from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M.

It will be fully catered with tapas from Havana restaurant. And, we will have a fully stocked open bar with premium beers and liquors.
