Importance of Post-Closing Surveys! We Recommend Them

JVM Lending uses “Survey Monkey” to send out surveys to every one of our clients after a transaction closes. We actually invite criticisms and frank comments so we can use the surveys to improve our business. We think such surveys are essential for all service businesses. Please feel free to steal our ideas.
