Happy New Year! Thanks For Our Best Year! 2016 was the best year ever for JVM Lending and we would like to take this opportunity to thank our many very supportive referral partners, vendors and borrowers. We remain ever appreciative.

Client may utilize this offer as many times as desired within a few months of purchase, so long as the new loan funds after the early payoff date has passed (around 6 months after close - please inquire with JVM for the exact date on your loan).
