Last week, there were twenty offers on a high-end Oakland listing, and three of the twenty offers were accompanied by JVM pre-approval letters. No other lender was represented twice, let alone three times.
This matters for a variety of reasons: (1) listing agents know our name, know that we can perform, and are more likely to accept our offers; (2) escrow officers in the area know us well and appreciate our systematized process and work very smoothly with us; (3) our appraisers know the area extremely well; and (4) our own staff knows the nuances of the market extremely well, including transfer taxes, property taxes, and market influences (views, schools, commutes, neighborhoods, etc.).
Experience matters. Our experience is not limited to Oakland by any means. We can provide long and detailed “Transaction Resumes” for Sacramento to Santa Cruz, and from Santa Rosa to Gilroy, and every community in between. We’ve also done hundreds of transactions in So Cal.
