14 Day Close/Talking to Listing Agent = Same as Cash

We have had numerous borrowers in multiple offer situations get their offers accepted in recent days for three reasons: (1) we offer rock solid 14 day closings, if necessary; (2) we offer very short appraisal contingencies – 5 days or less; and (3) we call the listing agent. We spent much of last weekend on the phone with listing agents in fact.
