Chingchi Yu immigrated to the United States from Taipei, Taiwan when she was 26. Shortly thereafter, she enrolled in the Linguistics and Dance programs at the University of California at Berkeley, and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in 1992.

Chingchi obtained her real estate license in 1993, shortly after graduating from college, and she has been in the real estate field ever since. She not only assists clients with mortgage financing, she has also become an exceptionally skilled loan processor.

With over fifteen years of experience with Loan Processing, Chingchi is one of the most experienced, knowledgeable and sought after processors in the business. It is for good reason that Chingchi is JVM Lending’s Senior Processor and overall head of JVM’s Processing Center.

With the myriad complexities of today’s exceptionally onerous lending environment, a Processor and Loan Officer as knowledgeable as Chingchi is absolutely essential for a smooth-flowing and timely transaction.

At age 48, Chingchi still avidly pursues her passions of Dance and Choreography. And, she currently resides in Oakland with her husband Tom, and her beautiful three-year old son Yi-Bao.
