Danville Office Jay Voorhees is the broker/owner of JVM Lending. He earned his BA in Economics from the University of Arizona in 1985, and his JD from Arizona State University in 1990. Mr. Voorhees has served thousands of clients throughout California for over thirteen years. He has funded an average of $150 million in mortgage loans in each of the last five years. He takes great pride in his integrity and commitment to service, as evidenced by the fact that all of his business is generated solely from referrals. Mr. Voorhees resides in Walnut Creek with his wife of 21 years, Danielle, and their three children, James, Andrew and Madeleine.
