Mr. Voorhees is the broker/owner of JVM Lending. He earned his BA in Economics in 1985 from the University of Arizona, where he became a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. Mr. Voorhees also earned a JD from Arizona State University in 1990.

Mr. Voorhees has served thousands of clients throughout California, having solely funded well over a $1 billion in mortgage loans over a fourteen year career. He takes great pride in his integrity and commitment to service, and is especially proud that all of his business is generated solely from referrals.

Mr. Voorhees is also proud that JVM is one of the very few independent mortgage companies to successfully weather the recent upheavals in the industry. He believes that his experience “in the trenches” over the last several years is absolutely invaluable in the current far more complex lending environment.

Mr. Voorhees resides in Walnut Creek with his wife of 23 years, Danielle, and their three children, James, Andrew and Madeleine.
