Danville Office Todd Utikal graduated in 1994 from Saint Mary's College in Moraga California with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in accounting. After graduation he worked as Assistant Cruise Director for Holland America Line and was lucky enough to travel to more than 40 countries. In 2001 he began work as a loan officer and since then has funded 700 loans totaling $300 million. Since 2004 all of his business has been generated by referrals. Todd focuses on using home mortgages as part of an overall financial strategy. Knowing his clients' goals is essential to providing excellent service. Todd and his wife Erica are the proud parents of Lyla Drew, who keeps them on their toes.
