Carlsbad Office David heads our Carlsbad office in Southern California. He is one of the top producing Mortgage Planners in the company. David graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from California State University, East Bay. His real estate and mortgage experience dates back to 1994 at age 16 assisting in a real estate office. David has participated in over 600 closed transactions since 2002. He is solely responsible for funding in excess of $100 million in mortgage loans throughout the last five years. David is proud that the majority of his business is from past clients, referrals, and financial professionals. His approach to mortgage lending involves careful planning with his clients as well as other financial professionals to ensure that he exceeds his clients' goals and expectations. David resides in Carlsbad with his wife Kelly, and their beautiful daughter Elizabeth.
