Danville Office Phil Mannoni grew up in the Bay Area and attended Hayward State, where he studied business and marketing. Since school, he has spent the last nine years in the mortgage industry focusing on loans, real estate transactions and marketing. Mr. Mannoni has provided his expertise to thousands of mortgage clients throughout California over the last decade, and he possesses an extensive knowledge of The Community Reinvestment Lending Programs, as well. He's been with JVM since its inception and has assisted and funded an average of $100 million in mortgage loans in each of the last 6 years. For the past three years, Mr. Mannoni has lived in Walnut Creek with his wife of nine years, Candice, and their four children, Mya, Timothy, Gianna and Lucia. When not working, he enjoys spending time at home with his family, woodworking, playing golf, and he's also recently taken up the guitar.
