Danville Office Heejin Kim is a licensed broker with almost twenty years of experience in the mortgage industry. Ms. Kim's experience includes over ten years as one of the Bay Area's top producing loan officers, as well as five years as the founder, owner and manager of her own thriving mortgage company. Since 2004, she has worked as a top producing wholesale sales representative for two major sub-prime lenders. Currently Ms. Kim manages a successful team of loan officers plus support staff. Her tremendous wealth of experience enables her to provide excellent service and the best financing solutions for her many clients. Ms. Kim co-manages JVM Lending’s Danville branch and also heads up the mortgage banking division for JVM Lending. JVM Lending’s warehouse line allows JVM Lending to lend directly to, and to better serve all of JVM's clients. Ms. Kim was born in Seoul, Korea, and grew up in Orange County before moving to the Bay Area in 1995. Currently, Ms. Kim resides in Alamo with her 10 year old daughter.
