Heejin Kim is a licensed broker with over twenty years of experience in the mortgage industry. She started her career in back-office operations with several major mortgage companies, before moving on to become one of the Bay Area’s top producing independent mortgage brokers.

In 1999, Ms. Kim founded her own mortgage company that grew to over 50 employees and achieved profits well into the seven-figure range in a few short years. At the peak of her success in 2004, Ms. Kim sold the company in order to pursue opportunities in the wholesale arena.

After working as a top producing wholesale sales representative for two major mortgage banks, Ms. Kim became a partner at JVM Lending  where she implemented a highly efficient technology-based infrastructure and an expansion into mortgage banking.

Ms. Kim’s success and exposure to so many facets of the mortgage industry as well as her many contacts are proving to be invaluable to JVM during these tumultuous times. Currently, Ms. Kim co-manages JVM Lending and heads up JVM’s mortgage banking division. She also is in charge of the training and platform for JVM’s more recent push into the field of “Equity Conversion” for senior citizens.

Ms. Kim was born in Seoul, Korea, and grew up in Orange County before moving to the Bay Area in 1995. Currently, Ms. Kim resides in Alamo with her 11 year old daughter.
