Marco Gomez grew up in the small Central California town of Hollister, before attending both San Diego State University, and California State University in Chico where he earned his degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Gomez has been in the mortgage industry for several years, building a robust and very diverse client base that spans the entire country. His focus has been on FHA purchase money financing as well as on borrowers with unique circumstances who have difficulty qualifying for conventional mortgage financing.

Mr. Gomez has always been exceptionally active in community affairs, focusing much of his spare time on a highly successful migrant worker mentoring program. This program, involving supplemental education through major universities, is meant to illuminate the importance of advanced education to children who might otherwise not get that perspective. The program has been highly effective, providing many underprivileged children a truly viable path to college.

This focus on community affairs led also to Mr. Gomez’s passion for helping senior citizens. Marco is acutely aware of the financial stress faced by many senior citizens, and this awareness led to his expertise in the field of Equity Conversion.
