We had a very good and personal home buying experience with Heejin and her team. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and they were always very prompt and detailed when answering our questions. Heejin walked us through the process and provided us all the documentation concerning the loan. Communication was great between the team members involved, even after office hours our emails would still get answred. The bank was very strict with some of the required conditions, but everything was worked out and we were able to close on time. We also really appreciated the follow up after closing.
