Incredibly efficient and knowledgeable!

I was a scared and timid first time home buyer with absolutely no clue about this process. Thankfully I was referred to Heejin and her team- she made me feel instantly comfortable and confident that she was going to take incredible care to ensure that all my needs were met.

I had MANY questions throughout the process and I always received an immediate response. So many road blocks happened to came up in my closing process (which had nothing to do with JVM), but Heejin took complete control and worked almost entirely out of the box to make the situation work the best for ME.

My real estate agent was just as impressed as I was during this process,  she told me she had never worked with someone as on top of it as Heejin and I’m not surprised whatsoever. Heejin and her team absolutely exceeded any expectations I had and I will absolutely work with them again on any transaction in the future.
